 How do I setup my mobile device to sync with your Exchange Server?

The following links provide information for the BlackBerry 8100 Pearl & the Palm 680 phone using Cingular as the ISP for setting up and configuring email for our Exchange server:
 
BlackBerry 8100 Pearl: (Cingular)
 
Palm 680: (Cingular)
 
Server: exchange.inet7.com
SSL: See below for install instructions
Username: supplied by Website Setup Confirmation
Password: supplied by Website Setup Confirmation
 
To grab the Exchange 'Root' SSL, follow the directions below:
2. Double-Click on the yellow lock at the right hand corner in the bottom of the browser window;
3. Select the 'Certification Path' tab on the top of the window;
4. Click the 'View Certificate' button;
5. On the next window that pops up, click the 'Details' tab at the top;
6. Click the 'Copy to File' button at the bottom of that window;
7. Click 'Next';
8. Select 'Cryptographic Message Syntax Standard - PKCS #7 Certificates (.P7B) and also select below that, 'Include all certificates in the certification path if possible';
9. Click 'Next';
10. Click on the 'Browse' button on the next window, and place the exported SSL somewhere on your computer where it is easy to remember and to sync up with your device to configure your Outlook email;
11. Click 'Next' and then click 'Finish';
12. A small pop-up will appear informing you the export was successful.
 
Close out all windows. Done!
