How do I password protect a page on my site?
How do I password protect a page on my site?
Solution
Q: How do I password protect a page on my site?
A: Password protecting directories: There is a feature within the control panel that will password protect folders for you. It will also use a .htaccess system so it is important to note that any other .htaccess files should be removed ahead of time.
Within the control panel, you will see "Secure Folders". "Install" the feature. Next, create a group and then create a user and assign to that group. Once you have completed this, you can go to the "folders" option and add the group/user to any specified folder in the system.
